Ally is a star. From the start, even when the tenants were away and we were going overseas she was able to organize a private inspection on the only day (and prior to the open home) that both tenants and we were available. During the inspection, we had a number of questions and she took a note of them and clarified promptly after the inspection. Negotiations and contract signage happened all remotely (neither sellers, nor we were in the local area) and smoothly. She was on top of the repair works that had to be done as a condition of sale and kept us abreast of the work and also followed up even after the sale about the state of work. She was able to arrange the pre-settlement inspection on just a day's notice. All in all, a wonderful hassle-free experience dealing with Ally.
