I found Ally's approach to be very transparent and proactive which gave me confidence that our sale was in safe hands. This was especially appreciated as I don't live locally & couldn't check in on things personally. When we first met Ally she had already scoped out the property in person (with our permission) and came fully prepared with a plan for our sale.
