Initially when deciding to sell my house , I thought I would ask a few agents for an appraisal and get to meet them. However when I first met Ally after responding to her letterbox drop leaflet, I immediately thought Ally was very professional, confident, a good clear communicator and knows the market of lake Cathie/ Bonny Hills and port Macquarie well. Importantly, Ally is a Local and I think that helps when communicating with out of town buyers who don’t know the area well. My instincts told me to entrust the sale of my house with her and all my expectations were met. Throughout the 5 week campaign Ally kept me updated with all enquires and was always available to answer any questions. She got the price we wanted within the predicted timeframe.
