Selecting Ally to represent me for the sale of my apartment is one of the best choices I made during the selling process. (I actually did a rigorous process of shortlisting, comparing quotes/written responses, and conducting phone interview with a few agents, and Ally really stood out). With the tenants still living in the apartment, it was not always easy for Ally to arrange the open home, take nice photographs etc. Even at last minute approaching settlement, the tenants unfortunately left the apartment in a condition that was not ideal. She's honest with the vendor and the buyer, and always act with integrity, which is a rare find in the industry and she really gained my respect; - her communication and people skills. She's willing to work with the tenants to arrange open homes and professional photograph for the best outcome possible. She's proactive in following up with my rental agent too. Despite all the challenges, she's always positive, polite and professional; - her tenacity and efforts. It was a good two months or more before we reached the sale of the apartment. She's proactive in arranging open home, offering help to the tenants to make sure the apartment presented well for the photos and open home. She even fixed the light and organised tradies when there's a last-minute issue for settlement. Ally really went above and beyond for the sale of my apartment. She's very professional, competent/smart, and diligent. Most of all, she is a very kind-hearted person with integrity and great working ethics, the sort of person you would like to find in your friends' circle. Above all, who doesn't want to deal with a person that you respect and can trust. If I have another property to sell/buy, she will be my go-to person for sure!
