He would always responded to our requests for information promptly, displaying a good knowledge of the local market and the community of potential purchasers. When we ultimately decided to sell our home, Alon was always prepared to organise repairs or improvements with an eye for minimising outlay while giving the house that look and feel buyers would be expecting. The marketing process was also structured to stage the advertising spend so we weren't committed to a large outlay in the event that the property sold quickly (which it did). Consideration was also given to minimising the disruption from showing the house, something that was particularly helpful went our daughter was in the thick of the HSC exams. The negotiating process, albeit short, was also handled professionally. I think Alon performed his role as our agent very well.
