Alvin provided great assistance to us with the purchase of our home. He was always available to answer our multiple questions, contacted us almost daily to provide with updates on the vendors responses, repairs and maintenance. Even when there was no update as such Alvin would have contacted us to advise on when he expects to receive it - the communication from his side was fantastic! Having dealt with many real estate agents previously, mostly in relation to rental properties though, we can say our experience with Alvin was the best. Overall the experience has been very good. (The week of arranging finance and putting down our deposit was a stressful week where we felt under pressure).
