Originally engaged Ted Shackleton as our agent and we were palmed off to Alvin. No personalised interaction - property was on the market for OVER 230 days! Received a weekly internet report with no real feedback. On occasion, Alvin would call to say why buyers didn't like our property - but never offered any proactive suggestions. We would have to call the agency to encourage the 'hard' conversations on next steps. Final insult was the agency not reducing their fees, even though our results were significantly less that the price range that they originally quoted us. Extremely disappointing that at all turns, we as the vendors were the ones expected to concede. Avoid at all costs.
