From day one, Alvin handled my property sale professionally and provided me with the required information to make informed decisions. He went the extra mile to help me in making small improvements. He planned everything well and executed promptly. He is the best real estate agent I have ever dealt with in my 20+years in property. He will deliver what he promises.
We purchased a house from Alvin recently and it was overall a great experience. He was transparent, helpful and quite responsive. He gave lots of useful information at the inspections. While there were some slight delays in providing documents to our conveyancer at the start of the settlement, everything went smoothly and we ended up settling early.

Alvins knowledge and professionalism within the real estate market was exceptional. We used Alvin to sell 2 properties. Without his help and guidance we wouldn't have achieved the unbelievable prices that we were offered. I would not hesitate in using Alvin again if needed.
Alvin is the best agent in town! He was thorough and professional and great to work with. He kept us apprised about available appointments and always let us know for any update with our house selling. He was honest and forthright- no games. After dealing with several other brokers in the area and being disappointed, we felt lucky to find Alvin. I would highly recommend Alvin for if you want to buy or sell your property without any hustle.
