Am really glad that I happened to choose Alvin as my agent. Since the day I appointed him as my agent , he took over the sales process and I didn’t have to worry about anything . Promptly guided what are the improvements to be done to the house and gave a realistic view about the ideal price for the house. He engaged the best trades to do the necessary fixes/improvements and got the work done with at most perfection. Within few days of going to the market we had an offer and the house got sold. I don’t think this sale would have been so smooth if it was any other agent.
