The best thing in putting up our property in the market was to engage with Alvin from Professionals. Our engagement with him was very smooth and so convenient. He is extremely professional, easy to deal with and acts promptly whenever we have something to ask or clarify. We have not encountered any major issue in the process and we are immensely thankful to him because we were able to sell our house quickly, and to a higher amount we never expected. If given a chance again to sell another property, I will certainly get him for he is a very trustworthy real property agent. With him, we need not to worry anything.

The real estate should have communicated upfront that some items were excluded from the house sale. Not explicitly stating those exclusions led to misunderstandings about what was included in the pricing. Changing the terms after reaching an agreement based on different assumptions is unfair and can damage trust between parties. Open, transparent communication from the start is crucial when negotiating any major transaction like a home purchase. Both buyers and sellers need to be on the same page about what is and is not included to avoid conflicts down the line of the deal.
Alvin was excellent, he made the whole process of selling our property easy. He was efficient and negotiated a great price, we were kept informed throughout the entire process. I have no hesitation recommending Alvin, he made the whole process effortless.
Took us 2 years to sell and Alvin had been patient with us and gave us the time to sell when the time was right. Alvin set realistic with expectations but worked hard to get the best possible price.
