Alwyn WOLFF

Alwyn was selling a property for me as part of a divorce settlement. However, you'd never know that I was half owner. He was happier to deal with my ex-husband. I was never invited to attend meetings or walk throughs with the buyer and when I asked why I was told that he 'didn't believe it was warranted because they were discussing machinery.' Discussing machinery? What does that mean, if not a reference to the fact that I am a woman?  This is offensive and prejudicial, and totally unacceptable. I was shocked at the level of sexism. Alwyn was angry at me when he was frustrated with my ex-husband's behaviour and had lots to say, but when I asked for this in writing for my solicitor, he refused, so of course I have no record. As a result, I felt I was being treated as someone who just needed basic information because I am a female.

Alwyn clearly has great depth of knowledge about the property market. Very professional in his approach. Explained processes involved in buying well and very approachable at all times. Both the wife and I were very comfortable working with Alwyn. I would like to thank him for his hard work and expertise. This has not been our experience with other agents.
