Alyse's knowledge in the Windeyer market place is second to none. Her feedback throughout the sale was excellent. We received an initial offer $10,000 below our listing price that we would have taken. A few days later Alyse contacted us with another offer $6000 above our listing price because that buyer was aware of other buyer interest and did not want to miss out. So we finished up with $15,000 over the bottom price we were considering accepting. Thanks Alyse, we appreciate your efforts in looking after your vendors as your number one priority.
