I recently engaged Alyson to provide Project Management (PM) services for a full property renovation, as well as to act as the selling agent. What I appreciated most about Alyson from the beginning was her high level of integrity and raw honesty throughout the renovation and sales processes. We are remote from the property and it was necessary to liaise with Alyson possibly more often than would normally be the case if we were located locally.
