Recently had the pleasure of having Alyssa sell our late father’s home and I couldn’t be happier. She came highly recommend on our local fb groups with her exceptional service and knowledge of the current market. She didn’t disappoint. Highly recommend if you want someone who is committed, organised and goes above and beyond for not only the seller but also potential buyers.
Found her knowledge of our property very strong and felt comfortable making the decision easier and would recommend her to anyone purchasing
Alyssa and the team at Ray White provided an unrivalled service for the sale despite lots of challenges with the property itself. Alyssa was tenacious, diligent and we were kept up to date on the progress of the sale throughout the campaign. She achieved a result that far exceeded our expectations and I would not hesitate to use her services again. Highly recommend.
I would like to extend my gratitude to Alyssa from Ray White for her dedication and professionalism. This has been an amazing experience for me. The most important aspect for a vendor or client is receiving regular and timely feedback, which puts their mind at ease regarding the outcomes of their open houses. Alyssa excelled in this regard, demonstrating excellent communication, professionalism, and innovative thinking. Her updates, emails, and feedback were greatly appreciated, and she always presented herself in a professional manner. I would certainly choose Alyssa again; it was an extraordinary experience for me. With many changes since I last sold my house, it’s reassuring to see improved communication from the real estate agency to the vendor. Kind regards, Bev Colee
When selling our home we didn’t want to be mucked around with all the sales jargon and high promises low results. I found Alyssa via reviews and was more than happy with our choice. She was optimistic but honest, she had excellent communication and was always available for queries as they arose. She perused each possible sale and always kept us up to date with feedback both positive and negative. We fully had trust in her opinions, procedure and resulted in our quick sale. Could recommend a real estate agent more.
We’d be so happy to recommend Alyssa to sell your home. From the beginning of our campaign she was so passionate and eager to help us get our home on the market. She has such a positive attitude and her smile and energy is infectious. Her knowledge of the area proved invaluable to us. Alyssa was diligent after each open house and private inspections, keeping us informed and following up on every possible lead. The icing on the cake was her late Saturday evening private inspection followed by the sale on a Sunday. That’s what you call dedication!
I cannot fault the amazing experience Alyssa gave us through our purchasing process. She was friendly, proactive, efficient and kept us up to date the whole time. Alyssa is one of a kind and we will be recommending her to our friends & family. We are so thankful for Alyssa and all the effort she put in to help us secure our new home.
If you are thinking of buying or selling in the area then you cannot go past Alyssa! Alyssa sold our home almost 12 months ago and we could not have been more thrilled with the result, although her impeccable service did not stop there, we needed a new one and it had to be right for us. Weekly phone calls and texts with Alyssa were consistent with what’s coming up and what we had our eye on. There is no doubt that it’s a tough market for buyers but her knowledge, insights and guidance were instrumental in our search. Her patience, positivity, professionalism and personalised service are second to none. Alyssa was willing to go above and beyond to find the right house for us and that she did. Her proactive approach saw her door knock a house with us in mind, that five months later we would buy! We are so beyond grateful to have had Alyssa a part of this process. It is undeniable that without her we would not have found this house and we can now start making it the perfect home for our family.
Alyssa, right from the beginning was professional, confident, enthusiastic and importantly honest. She knew the market and buyers well. Having formed strong relationships with both buyers and sellers. We were very impressed with how personable she was before she was our selling agent. Having bought through her and now sold with her we believe we getting an area record for our property was achievable due to her knowledge of what buyers were able to bring to the table. She kept us totally informed and updated with all details. It’s as though we have been life long friends. We highly recommend Alyssa Earley.
Alyssa was such a pleasure to work with for the purchase of our apartment . Alyssa was always very responsive and nothing was ever a problem. Alyssa facilitated the negotiation process very professionally and assisted in every way she could to make the exchange and settlement worry free. I would definitely recommend Alyssa to anyone who is buying or selling Real Estate in the Sutherland Shire area.
Alyssa exceeded all our expectations as a real estate agent. Not only was she always warm, friendly, and approachable, but she also demonstrated unparalleled professionalism and expertise throughout our entire journey. Her exceptional skills were evident when she sold our unit in just 3 days, off-market, and for more than we had anticipated. Alyssa's negotiation prowess ensured that the process was handled smoothly and efficiently, putting us at ease during what could have been a stressful time. What truly sets Alyssa apart is her dedication to her clients' needs. Despite not purchasing through her or her agency, she generously assisted us with purchasing by checking pricing on other properties and guiding us through the experience. Her commitment to going above and beyond left a lasting impression on us. Overall, we couldn't be happier with our experience, and we wholeheartedly recommend Alyssa to anyone looking to sell their property. Her combination of warmth, professionalism, and dedication makes her an invaluable asset in the real estate industry.
