Second time dealing with Demo and his team. First time was buying the house and the second time selling it. Does not matter what side of the fence we were, the experience was above and beyond. It did not matter what time of day it was, we always got a quick response and excellent service. We got what we wanted and more. I am definitely a returning customer and would highly recommend Demo's services and sentiment to his knowledge of the area (Tapping).

We were referred to Demo and we couldn't be happier with the recommendation. Demo understood our needs and provided invaluable advice. Thank you Demo, Gareth & Linda you were always available, extremely organised and your professionalism was truly outstanding.

First time selling a property and Demo and Gareth were above reproach with their professionalism and market knowledge they made me feel confident and stress free throughout the selling process. They were adamant that they would achieve a well above expected price compared to other agents' appraisals and they did! Thank you for such a excellent result.

Gareth was Amazing! I had very low expectations for the sale, and had never sold before, but his expertise, patience and attentiveness put me at ease right from the beginning. And I ended up not even having to do a home open! Gareth sold the house within four days and for significantly higher than asking price 🎉 He communicates regularly with with updates and ensuring I was aware of the process all along the way to settlement. Absolutely and without hesitation recommend Remax, and Gareth in particular.

There is no one better then demo to deal with in wa in realstate, he provides updates on a daily basis and chasses up any issues and always shows great customer service as he has been in the business for a very long time, he has a Passion for realstate and meeting new people to share stories with, he also has a lot of contacts to help sort any issues you will have. Highly recommend demo to anyone and everyone, as i have brought and now sold with demo and he also helped with the new house purchase as well at no extra benefit to him self but to make sure we was looked after and not taken advantage of.

Demo and his team were instrumental in the purchase of our new home. Nothing was trouble for Demo and Gareth and both of them were very supportive and went above and beyond to ensure we knew what to do as this was our first purchase in WA. If we ever end up selling and buying in the future, Demo and his team will be our first port of call.

Demo was fantastic right throughout the whole process of buying our new home and really went above and beyond for both myself and the seller. Would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell.

Thanks Demo and Gareth for making the purchase of our new home soo easy and smooth. We felt very supported and any request was easily accommodated. We would definitely recommend this great team when purchasing or selling your house. Thanks again guys.

Demo had a thorough knowledge of the area and market. He gave us a much higher valuation than others , and achieved it and more. He kept us informed at all stages and was always very helpful. We highly recommend him.

Top Bloke. Was the selling agent for the house we bought. Was clear in his communications, was quick to respond and the whole process was very smooth! He sold us a fantastic home that we are absolutely in love with. Cheers Demo!

I have used Demo and Gareth to sell my properties for well over a decade now and they always manage to achieve a great outcome and keep the process as smooth as possible. These guys really know what they are doing in every aspect of the sale and negotiation. We would never have achieved the outcome that we did without their professional guidance. Thanks again guys!

After nearly two years of searching for a property my experience with Demo and Gareth was a breath of fresh air. From the outset, Team Demo kept us updated on every detail, making the process of purchasing our first property completely stress-free. I wholeheartedly recommend them - their professionalism and dedication were exceptional.
