Demo has been nothing short of amazing from beginning to end with his communication and service. He has kept me up to date with any changes or details for the purchase of my new property in Ashy. Thanks Demo!

We had the best experience possible with Demo & Gareth. They had our property under offer less than 24 hours after it being on the market!! They answered every single question we had, they kept us relaxed and calm through a process that was new to us and we truly couldn't recommend them enough. Thanks again guys :)

Demo & Gareth knowledge is brilliant so Easy to work with the pair, they have a great understanding of what the owner would like & buyers interested, I would recommend them to anyone who is selling a property top job

Purchasing a house could be a harrowing experience but it certainly hasn't been the case through my dealing with Demo. His professionalism and communication skills have contributed to move everything smoothly towards a happy ending. Thanks again Demo, to you and the whole team.

If you are wanting an agent that gives results not excuses Demo is the person for you. as promised the house was on the market within 48 hours of choosing Demo and sold within 5 days of being listed. All I can say is thanks maaaaaaaaaaaaaaaate !!!!!

Demo and Gareth do it again!! We purchased our new home through Demo and Gareth, they are so professional that we got them to sell our home, they sold it pre home open to a cash buyer for above asking!! Then they sold our Block to ANOTHER cash buyer. Demo and Gareth don’t leave anything to chance, they work tirelessly to make sure the process of buying and selling is as stress free as possible. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We have dealt with so many agents the last 5 months and I can honestly say that Demo was far beyond any other agent we have spoken to. He genuinely cared and got so excited for our family. He called multiple times just to check in and his response time was pretty much immediate for any time of the day! He really has a passion for his work and you can see the joy he gets from it. I now only recommend Demo and always will. This was our first home and he has made it an absolute breeze! Thank you so much Demo and team!

Demo and his team are exceptional ! We could not fault the amazing customer service and the support we received during the sale and purchase of our properties. Demo’s knowledge and willingness to help was a real credit, exceeding our expectations. We felt very comfortable and will 100% refer Demo & team.

Demo and his team went way above and beyond to ensure we felt fully supported. All our queries were answered promptly and professionally. So genuine. Absolute pleasure to do business with and would definitely use them again. I very highly recommend Team Demo.

Passion combined with empathy and professionalism was demonstrated on how Demo made the whole process appear so easy. The patience that Demo exhibited throughout the process of us obtaining the necessary approvals, was out of this world. As family and newcomers to Australia, Demo made an everlasting mark on our experience in Perth. I would highly recommend Demo to anyone looking to buy for the first in Perth. Thank you so much Demo, you're truly unique!!!

From first contact with Demo this transaction went at lightning speed, from viewing the house to getting our keys, all in 4 weeks. Demo and Gareth are the most responsive, organised and professional real estate agents we have ever dealt with! Thank you for always taking our calls and replying to our texts and emails.
