Selling and moving homes has always been described as a tough and stressful time.. However it has been a great experience for us! Demo and his team made it so easy, stress free and uncomplicated. Demo knows his stuff and was able to sell our beautiful home in less than 2 weeks. We sold for more than what we were hoping for which is an added bonus! Big thanks to the lovely photographer who captured our beautiful home and to Gareth for being so professional and super helpful in the process of selling. We will definitely be using Demo and his team in future.

Highly recommended using this agent was very honest and direct to the point ,very professional.

When it came time to sell my property I knew exactly who was going to do it…. Demo. His communication, professionalism and knowledge is second to none. Sold the property before home open and I couldn’t be more grateful. I will be referring Demo to anyone for their property needs. The whole sale process was made simple and effortless. Thanks so much

From the moment we decide to sell our beautiful family home there was only one agent we would entrust to sell it and Demo did not disappoint, results not excuses I believe is the motto and that was certainly followed through. Meticulous in the approach with the ability to adapt to suit. Both Demo and Gareth were professional, punctual and committed through our entire process with the calming nature to help ease what can be a very stressful process. I cannot rate both Demo and Gareth highly enough.

This is the second time we have used Demo and Gareth to sell our property, again we have have been provided with the best service. All dealings were conducted with the highest professionalism and integrity. Thank you team Demo.

The whole purchasing process was handled very efficiently by Demo and the team. Hassle free and quick easy and to work with. If I sell a property in the future I'd sell with Demo.

Demo and his team made the whole selling experience smooth especially since we now live interstate. They kept us updated throughout the process and we were pleased with the outcome and time taken to sell. Happy to recommend.

Demo and Gareth were both very professional in their approach to selling our house of 17 years. They both worked around the clock to bring the final sale together in what proved to be a very challenging market. Demo's estimation in price was excellent and he kept us on track at all times. From the time we went to market right through to settlement, we weren't ever left wondering what was happening due to the open and honest communication through the whole process. We certainly recommend Demo and his team if you are about to sell your property. You certainly won't regret the decision.

Demo - along with Gareth, have been nothing but professional - AND more importantly Extremely helpful in regards to us buying this property. Demo kept in constant contact at every stage of the process, and followed up with a very personal touch after completion of settlement. We could not be any happier with his service. We would certainly recommend his services as We consider him to be outstanding in his field both for seller and buyer. We thank him Very, Very Much.

Very reliable and honest to deal with. Buying my own home as a newly single mum was extremely daunting but Demo and Gareth were very reassuring and kept me well informed every step of the way.

Demo was professional, always responded in a timely manner. He has a great knowledge of the area
