Demo sold our house stress free and so much quicker then expected. His local knowledge of the area is exceptional. He is honest and hard working and a great bloke! Nothing was too hard or too much to ask. Cannot recommend him highly enough.
From the beginning to the end Demo and Gareth made the process as straight forward and easy as possible. With the help of photographer Mark they put together a sensational marketing campaign with great photos and video to help promote and sell the house. Both Demo and Gareth were exceptionally professional in their approach and were in regular contact during the sales process keeping us informed of what was happening. The end result was they managed to sell our house within a week and they got the sales price we were told from the start! They certainly exceeded our expectations with the level of service they provided. We wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend them to others!
