Very helpful agent especially helping whilst I was overseas. Sold property almost immediately. Totally recommend!

Wow.... amazing !!! The entire experience of selling my house was soooo much easier with Demo organising everything... He listened, discussed, understood and explained everything clearly all through the process of selling.. I would highly recommend Demo to prospective sellers and buyers ...

Demo is very professional and confident (in a good way). Made the process very easy, always readily available and genuinely wants to get good outcomes for all parties. Would not hesitate recommending Demo from either a buying or selling perspective, he will do right by you.

In the last 2 years I have had needs of estate agents on 5 occasions. 2 with a sale and 3 with a purchase . I can genuinely say I have not met a better team than Garreth who I mainly dealt with , and Demo. Garreth went above and beyond , very approachable , willing to negotiate and simply put getting a great deal for ourselves and the seller. I was constantly updated on progress and when the alarm failed to work ( unbeknown to us seller wouldn’t pay for it ) they did. Such a refreshing change to have service. BRAVO

Demo helped us every step of the way with buying our first house. Very pleased with the communication and he was always happy to answer any questions I had.

From the moment we meet demo we knew he was the agent for us,great local knowledge, passion and drive for his work, any help we’ve needed along the way he’s responded super quick, checked in on how we’re going, really happy with team demo, Gareth his associate has also been of top quality too

We thoroughly enjoyed our experience with Demo while buying a house with him. We found him to be very knowledgeable, efficient, professional and friendly and he kept us up to date on every aspect. We would have no hesitation recommending Demo to any future seller or buyer.

Could not be happier with the proffessional service and attitude of Demo's attention to detail in every aspect of both our sale and purchase. Demo you surpassed all our expectations !!! Thanks for everthing Paul & Janet

We are amazed with how Demo went above and beyond with us. We told him what we were looking for and Demo found us our dream home. Demo is very approachable, friendly and knowledgeable. Great real estate agent to deal with.

I purchased through Demo and found he was very approachable and willing to provide information even if it meant he wasn’t going to win a sale. Having purchased interstate his walkthrough of the property was very thorough and honest. I would be extremely confident to purchase through Demo again.

Demo is Amazing, we highly recommend him and his team. Demo made the whole process smooth and relaxing worry free. He was very helpful throughout our journey kindly assisting us in what to do. Need a real estate agent Demo's the man! Thankyou Demo cheers mate we are grateful for your service!
