From my first introduction with Demo at the home open to the final Congratulations Phone Call at settlement he was professional and knowledgeable. A very smooth and easy transaction. Especially as the buyer, I felt respected and informed at each step. Thank you for a positive experience Demo in this crazy market!
Top notch marketing, genuine service and great advice on getting the property ready to get the best price possible. Always responsive and gives you the time you need. Demo and his team are a stand out group who put in the work and get the results you want, I couldn't recommend them more.
Demo as on previous occasions was a fount of knowledge about the real estate market. He is very professional and communicates well. It was an enjoyable experience. We are glad that we trusted Demo with the sale of our house. Great result.
We couldn't be happier with our selling agent. He was very kind, helpful in every aspect, and always quick to answer our questions. He made the whole selling process easy and stress-free, and sold our house off the market at a great price
Demo sold our previous house which was a positive experience so he was an obvious choice for this house also. I found Demo and his team to be friendly and approachable at all times. He goes the extra mile for his clients to provide the best service possible I would be happy to recommend Demo to anyone looking for that extra special touch in service
Demo and his team have been very professional and helpful in supporting our purchase. I have witnessed some very dodgy characters in Australia that consider themselves as agents and who do not serve their clients or potential purchasers with any honesty or decency, but I can assure you that Demo and his team are the polar opposite and cannot recommend them highly enough. Demo in particular has gone beyond what we would expect conducting additional interviews to ensure the sale would not fall through from either end. Well done !
Thank you Demo for assisting us with the purchase of our new home. You were very helpful and made the process much easier. Great communication too Michelle and Byron
Demo has been so helpful and accommodating. He communicates everything and is always happy to help. He answers enquiries very fast and is happy to answer all questions. Thanks so much Demo, you have been amazing!
We found Demo to be very professional and extremely helpful in the process of selling our House.
I recently bought a property through Demo having viewed a few that he and others were showing. He has made the process very easy for me, answering all questions quickly and clearly and helping make arrangements for me to view the property at times which suited my availability vs broader home opens. His integrity is clear to see, his communication with me has been exemplary, he understands the market and takes steps to understand a client’s wants and needs before working hard to ensure a great outcome for all. He is a pleasure to work with and I would very happily work with Demo again should I find myself looking to buy or sell in the future, absolutely!
Demo knows the local market extremely well and is in communication with you regarding everything . His service is really good.
