My Husband and I previously had our home on the market with another Agent, unfortunately we were unable to sell as the purchase fell through due to buyers being unable to get finance. My husband and I doubted we would get the price we wanted and thought about reducing the price, however, Aman was confident that we would get the price we wanted, and we should not reduce our asking price. Aman definitely came through for us. What I like about Aman is the openness. The communication for me was spot on. He also appears to be very enthusiastic which gave us confidence in him. Anyone can talk themselves up, but it is the results that you cannot talk up. Normally, sale agent works for sellers as their incentive closely tied with the sold price, but Aman works for both. He tried very hard to negotiate the price that makes everyone happy. Aman did not stop when the settlement was done, he answered all the smallest queries such as issue with the TV cable, ducted aircon after we moved in. At the end of the day we all do our job, but hope that this comment encourages Aman to improve everyday and become the best agent in the area.
