We engaged several agents to value our Officer property for sale. Although they all came looking presentable Aman stood out. He didn't come across as trying to sweet talk us. His price was higher then the others but was very confident in that price (Which he exceeded). He knew the area, knew the buyers looking in this area and what was working for our home and what needed a little fixing up. His communication was great be that via phone call or a text message. We never felt badgered or bombarded by him. Unlike all other agents we engaged that then sent several emails a week. He organized everything. The photos for our property looked great. The photographer and Jess knew how to place things and remove things to make it look great. Open house was sorted around us and taking into consideration other homes for sale in area. This was the only open house we needed. Aman received 10 written offers and negotiated with them all to secure us the best price. He presented the amount to us. We discussed if he felt he could get more, of we should do a second open inspection etc. He gave honest replies and pros/cons. We signed contract 4 days after the sale and we were very happy with the final sale price. Aman kept us informed with the buyers pest inspection etc and outcomes. He checked in to ensure we were happy. He even popped around to say thank you for choosing him for the sale once it went unconditional.
