Great result despite complex circumstances.

Aman recently sold my investment property in Perth for a great price. He took the time to understand my needs & consider different approaches to the market to get the best price. Other agents I had spoken to were clearly more interested in a quick flip using a standard approach. To complicate matters, I live on the other side of the country and was totally reliant on Aman to represent me physically on site, whether it be coordinating removalists, repair contractors and so on. I think this is where Aman really stands out as he went above and beyond the call of duty to help me secure the sale and make the property ready for settlement and handover.
