We signed up with Amanda as she seemed as if she knew her stuff, so we went along with her in what she said even if we did not agree with it all the time. Amanda was very helpful with the paper work because we did understand some of it and what was required of us, But it was put on the market and the 1st buyer declined to buy it, however it seems she already two other lots of purchasers already lined up and waiting, however the 2nd ones did eventually put in an offer after a bit of haggling back and forth and they were purchasers.
