My son bought a house off Amanda about four years ago and we were very impressed by the professional way that she handled the sale to him. The house was his first home, and the sale went extremely smoothly. After how that purchase went, we decided to list my mother's unit with Raine and Horne and Amanda and Jaidyn. We listed the unit on the 12th of December 2023 and had sold it by the 19th of December 2023 for at that time a record price for the Sunbury area for a two-bedroom unit at that time.
