My experience was as expected - Great knowledge of area - property sales - communicated open house and feedback from market - Friendly and easy to work with - Market was not what I expected had great numbers as open houses , unfortunately little interest in price advertised for the sale of the property - Strategy was changed and sale of the house eventuated - Not agents fault but sold for less then I expected - However Agent definitely worked hard for the sale of the property

The property needed a freshen up and Amanda was extremely helpful with contacts for trades and assisted with organising quotes, access to property and other contacts required to give the house the freshen up it needed to achieve the best outcome we could.
