My experience purchasing through Amanda was not positive. Amanda's communication was poor and I am unsure if it did not border on illegal. Her refused to take my first offer to the client - which was at the lower end of the advertised price was the first of many issues I had dealing with Amada. Due to the a very poor experience through the entire process I will not purchase or sell with Amanda, and unfortunately this extends to any agency she is with. I had a number of other people attend inspections with me as I felt the need to have an independent person with me. Those people agree that her demeanor was far from acceptable.
