After a terrible terrible terrible experience with RT Edgar Gisborne Vic where they did NOTHING to sell our house we had given up hope. Amanda knocked on our door and went to extreme lengths to convince us she was the one straight after we pulled it from the market. Not only did she smash RT Edgar out of the park but got us an unbelievable price almost immediately which showed us we chose the wrong agent at the start. I would recommend her to anyone as she was diligent, called us on anything she thought we should know, followed through on all enquiries and I didn't have to call her unlike the others where we got silence and incompetence. My experience purchasing through Amanda was not positive. Amanda's communication was poor and I am unsure if it did not border on illegal. Her refused to take my first offer to the client - which was at the lower end of the advertised price was the first of many issues I had dealing with Amada. Due to the a very poor experience through the entire process I will not purchase or sell with Amanda, and unfortunately this extends to any agency she is with. I had a number of other people attend inspections with me as I felt the need to have an independent person with me. Those people agree that her demeanor was far from acceptable.
