We had our house on the market for four weeks with a different agent. The agent was aware we were after a quick sale. After four weeks we were advised it may be best for you to lease it out again for 12 months until Covid19 had settled down. We were really disappointed to hear this as many properties in Sunbury were still selling? We had received numerous letter drops throughout the years from Amanda about how much her latest Ashfield listed home had sold for so when it was time for us to sell our home, we thought we would call her first as we knew she got results. Boy did she deliver, she has the ability to see things that we couldn't. She recommended some simple upgrades to our home that wouldn't cost a bundle but would add significant value to our home.
