We had considered downsizing for some time but had taken no real steps toward doing so. When a suitable property became available off plan we decided to go ahead, even though our present house was in no way ready for the market. Amanda helped us with valuable advice on how to prepare for sale even before we signed any agent agreement. Once we were ready for sale Amanda pulled out all stops. As we had already taken possession of our new home a quick sale was to our advantage. Amanda quickly prepared an extensive marketing campaign using online video with drone footage and an active sales board (a first in the area). The time spent doing this proved worthwhile as within two weeks of the advertising we had a large number of enquiries and inspections resulting in a sale at figure above what we had hoped for prior to her advice on preparation and with a 30 day settlement.
