We have recently sold our property via Raine and Horne Sunbury after having it on the market for 10 months. The first 6 months were with a different agent and we didn't have a single offer. This was before 3 interest rate rises, before the war and fuel issues, and before the drop in the market overall. When we removed the first agency and chose R&H it was like using professionals instead of amateurs. For the same sign on fee they provided not only improved photos and text but also did a video and brought out a dozen people from the Gisborne and Sunbury agencies to tour the property. We also had a game changing meeting with Amanda and Jayden from Sunbury and Ken from Gisborne where we made decisions that greatly improved the property's visibility and before long led to an offer which was less than we originally wanted 10 months prior, but which was an excellent price in the current environment.
