Proactive, friendly, no nonsense and really helpful

Amanda was the agent for the purchase of my property. I found her really great to deal with. She was very friendly and I particularly appreciated her efficient, no-nonsense approach. She supported me through the inspection and offer process, guiding me in what I needed to do and keeping me updated with progress. She was proactive in checking in and following up. She also referred me to other quality service providers (eg building inspection) that I needed. And, although I didn't take her up, she was prepared to go the extra mile when it came to finding and working with an agent to sell my current property.
