Amanda was recommended by friends who had already sold their house through her. She was always cheerful and positive, even when it was clear the house wasn't going to sell quickly. She never lost faith that we would achieve a sale and, although we didn't get the price we hoped for, in the end we were happy to settle for the negotiated position. Amanda had a "never-say-die" attitude. Even when we had resolved to take the house off the market, she continued to encourage us to just have "one more open" and, in the end, that did the trick. Amanda became more than just our agent and now we consider her to be a friend. 😊
