We had the pleasure of dealing with Amanda on a recent house purchase, and had a very good experience - she was extremely knowledgeable, sound understanding of the area and of recent comparable sales, and she made an effort to really assist us as buyers in achieving what we wanted, whilst also making sure the vendor was happy as well.
