Amanda Cepero has been a wonderful agent to deal with and she already had the local reputation of being a high achieving sales agent within the Currumbin, Palm Beach and Elanora areas. Yes, I could have gone with Purple Bricks (and nearly did) but decided against it at the last moment with my particular property. I needed a quick sale after my tenants up and left unexpectedly at the end of their lease term without giving the proper notice. Now I already suspected that my property was not going to appeal to everybody as it had a great building but an unusual backyard. A bush setting with a terraced slope that would appear daunting to some and not very small-child friendly. Amanda worked tirelessly to showcase my property at both organised open times and at all other occasions by appointment. A lot of prospective purchasers inspected my property and loved the set up of the 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 3 living areas and double garage building but thought that the unusual backyard was going to be too challenging and not suitable for their requirements. I think Amanda went above and beyond with her commitment to the marketing and eventual sale of my property and kept in very close contact with me throughout the entire sale process.
