If you have doubts in using Amanda, do not go with her. I think we met with Amanda once in the process of purchasing our house. We were told by Jeanine not to contact Amanada and to ring her instead. We found them very unprofessional and did not do their job. They couldnt answer any questions we asked about the house i.e how many squares the house is? I called Jeanine on the day of settlement and asked if she will be meeting us at the house for hand over and her answer was 'I didnt know you were settling today'. She also mentioned its up to the conveyancer to arrange settlement and there is a present at the office for us to come and pick up. The vendors ended up handing us the keys and we did hand over ourslves. Yet to hear from the real estate company at all.
