Yes, we were rental tenants of their agency while we relocated from interstate but that did not influence how or where we sought our sales advice when it came to committing to a Melbourne mortgage. Attention to detail (do you have the aircon remotes, are the handrails removed or in-place for removalists, flexibility with inspections). We encountered a lot of “spin” and rudeness over the past 12 months of finding a property in Melbourne - but never from Amanda and the team at Edward Thomas. We rate them enormously.

As first home buyers the process of buying our place was a little daunting. The service we received from Amanda was excellent and her proactive communication made the whole process a lot easier. Amanda gave me tips for bidding at the auction, clearly communicated the process from winning the contract to settlement and made herself available at convenient times to complete the final inspection and pick up the keys. If I was selling my house I would be going to Amanda first.
