Amanda has great knowledge of the Bundaberg area particularly in Bargara where we were looking to buy. very accurate and in tune with our simple but clinical approach on buying a house that will eventually be our main residence in the future years. We had very little time left before leaving the state and Amanda was fair to us and, i believe the salers, and was able to smooth up the hurdles with both parties best interest in mind and on time for settlement day.
