I was surprised by the estimated value given by Amanda and decided to sell but the property was in need of attention to maximise the appeal. The arranging of cleaning, minor repairs, garden care, gutters, and various sundry items was exceptional. Plus advertising, photography and general promotion were very professional. The handling of offers and recommendations to me were outstanding. I am sure the overall professionalism resulted in the maximum return.
We have attempted to purchase multiple properties managed by Amanda, so have had experience dealing with her on a number of occasions. Amanda was a Pleasure to deal with! It's always a challenge when a buyer falls for a house and there's a difference between what they believe is a fair price and the Vendors expectations! Although we paid slightly more than we were prepared to pay and the Vendor dropped below their bottom line I know Amanda worked to get the deal access the line. In a challenging market I know Amanda closed a deal where all parties were pleased with the outcome! Not an easy process to do!

My decision to list with Amanda came down to the usual attributes of price, marketing, etc, but very much communication and respecting my home as much as I do. I wanted a bespoke, boutique approach and agency. Prior to listing, when in their office, I felt like I was a part of the family, the whole team always very welcoming.
