In my dealings with Estate Agents over the years I have found them to be, on the whole, professional and hard working. However what I found with Amanda was someone who was also completely genuine. Her concern about all the underlying issues involved in selling the family home made me feel that I had a real friend looking after the sale. You can not ask for much more than that.
