She was was so knowledgeable about the whole process and even picked up on several errors made by our conveyancer to the point that we felt we should have paid her instead! But on top of that, Amanda is a really kind, decent person who is extremely understanding and knew exactly what to say to help us get through an exceptionally stressful and complicated settlement (due to problems at our end not hers). She was respectful and professional but also unfailingly pleasant and kind.
