I am probably typical of many in having little experience of selling a house. So I would have appreciated just a bit more explanation about the various forms that needed to be filled in along the way, as little of this is obvious as a first time seller. Aside from that Amanda managed everything very efficiently, and the process went more smoothly than I’d expected.
