i bought this property online by the photos and information listed by this agent, all were totally misrepresented and now i have to pull the entire property down to the ground as it totally dangerous . photos were minimum a year old possibly many years old as the wall are now falling off everything damaged and yard littered with rubbush and high weeds ,she says in main ad the building pemit can be extended and after asking shire this is totaly wrong its expired and cant be renewed , she then goes to blame the owner rather than take responsibility, only then does she amend the listing with correct information, my first offer was ignored i waited weeks for a reply she then blame me for not giving enough information but didnt email me asking for it . the whole process was very unprofessional and stressfull and now i stuck with a dump site i have to pull down and clear at my expense, where is the duty of care to the buyer and seller from realestate agents !!!
