Right from the moment go, Amanda was simply amazing. She had a strong understanding of the market and the properties in the area. She clearly explained to me the strategy approach in selling the house and kept me updated along the way. We were approached by the real estate agency to put our property on the market. We didn't need to sell but had been considering it for some time. We accepted the offer but put pretty strong rules around what we wanted; ie no board out the front, no weekly open house and a price that was well above the market.
