Amanda disappointed me. Against our better judgment we were talked into an auction campaign which really only helped the real estate agent with the excessive advertising costs. Ten days prior to auction and with our first offer Amanda suggested that because we have no registered bidders the auction isn’t looking like the best plan of attack. We accepted the offer due to circumstances but Amanda and I both know that it wasn’t the best result in this market. She won’t get another listing from us
