Amanda was assigned to the sales team by Jellis Craig. She proved to be a great, down to earth, interface between the senior agent/auctioneer and ourselves. Amanda responded swiftly and efficiently to all our questions and kept paperwork of the process on track. We have not seen her in action during open house, but we're confident that her warm demeanour would put prospects at ease and would confirm their interest in the property. We did not see Amanda negotiating with clients - so left that rating mid-range.
