Amanda was the agent of a property we recently purchased. Amanda was always very prompt in her communications, and answered all our questions. There were multiple bidders for the property and Amanda was clear in what the process would be, and complied with it. As a purchaser, I think that Amanda consistently acted in the best interests of the vendor and did a terrific job.

My mother-in-law decided it was time to downsize and sell her family home. After meeting with 4 local agents, we decided to entrust the sale with Amanda. Amanda provided us with an estimated selling price, and she worked hard and kept us informed of all feedback throughout the sale process. Amanda was able to achieve a price at the top end of the range and we are extremely happy with the result. We highly recommend Amanda if you are thinking of selling.
