Yes 3 days! Amanda’s got something, what a professional, even from her sick bed in an Adelaide hospital, Amanda managed emails and calls to us, her colleagues and business folk. Amanda is without a doubt passionate about real estate. She was always bright, bubbly, a contagious energy, not once did we have to chase her for information, nothing about the process with her was procrastinated, quite the opposite Amanda provided all that was needed to get the house on the market, in record time. From the first moment we spoke on the phone saying we want to sell, where so much needs to be done to that final phone call, hearing Amanda telling us Congratulations you have a buyer including the contract being signed and passed on to the conveyancer, was 15 days in total. Amanda showed she’d knows the market like the back of her hand, When talking price she has a true no nonsense approach, knowing what’s most in-demand the locations that property buyers and investors are flocking too, this was all backed up by an email she sent that showed in picture format the number of homes sold within a period of days ranging in prices even colour coded showing how many at what price and the locations. Amanda is fair and consistent, her approach and keen eye are all about highlighting features that existed in the home no costly alterations were suggested to make buyers visit the house, her unique approach when first visiting the home gave her the feed back she required to see the home as it was, not just from her own perspective. A clever approach confirming her excitement and how to present the home to showcase it to the range of buyers looking for such a home. Amanda is above and beyond any sales person when it comes to people skills, and real estate.
