When first arriving, Bell Real Estate praised the property, showing care and understanding why we loved it so much. Then when Bell-Amanda Rakusic came, she was super-friendly and efficient, on-the-ball, keeping us in the loop with great message and email communications. PLUS Amanda provided a vast host of services that I cannot praise highly enough. For example, Amanda's 'Karen Cleaning Service' was so brilliant, if I wasn't selling I'd use them weekly. The 'getting house and garden ready for sale' tradies provided excellent quotations and arrived when they said they would. AND did the job faster than expected. Bravo!
