Amanda was very professional in her approach to selling our family home which we loved( deceased estate) for the best price. She communicated with us easily, met with us whenever we all felt necessary, kept us up to date with all who were interested in the house and what they liked and sometimes didn't like and she was most sensitive with our feelings and questions, every step of the way. Her marketing knowledge was helpful in engaging the right buyers, as we were fairly choosey. We did begin off market but in the end we chose Auction . The house we feel, went to a nice family.
