We were always kept "in the loop" with the work in progress, and received reports of each of the Open for Inspection days, many of which were on additional days and times to suit prospective purchasers, but for which Amanda made herself available. Amanda went above and beyond to sell our property! We realised this immediately after our experience with another Bayside agency, who just prior was unsuccessful in selling our property for a good price! We first had dealings with Amanda when she sold my mothers house about 12 years ago, that sale exceeded our expectations and we were thrilled with the result.
