Amanda was very responsive to my requests and preferences. Early in the process she provided useful advice on the value of various renovation and repair proposals and guided the process of preparing the house for market. At the time that it was ready to market, the Covid19 lockdown was just starting and Amanda sped up and tailored the inspection process to ensure that the house was seen by as many people as possible as quickly as possible. She urged potential buyers to make their offers quickly, with the result that within one week of being listed, we had a number of offers to choose from and the sale was completed quickly. In view of the timing and the situation, Amanda's flexible response and knowledgeable advice enabled us to obtain a very good result. She also put in extra effort to ensure maximum offers from likely purchasers.
